林秉旋，美国佐治亚州立大学（Georgia State University）金融学博士，罗德岛大学（University of Rhode Island）金融学教授，研究领域为企业并购、分析师行为、公司治理、中国资本市场等，研究成果发表在Journal of Risk and Insurance, Journal of Financial Research, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Pacific Basin Finance Journal, Journal of American Taxation Association, and Financial Analyst Journal.
